This club is a good choice for 4th-8th grade students who have a love of reading. Members vote on books that the group will read. Meetings are at lunchtime every other Monday at which time students will discuss the book they are reading. There’s no fee to join, however members are responsible for acquiring the books that are read in the club. The Book Club also sponsors the annual Read-a-Thon for 3rd-8th graders. Moderator is Ms. Traci Colon.
Meetings are on Fridays at lunch in Room 4 starting at 12:45pm $10 registration fee applies. The moderator is Ms. Brittani Gomes.

3rd-8th grade boys and girls can sign up for our amazing dancersDivine group. These “movement ministers” are led by our librarian and veteran dance teacher,
Traci Colon, and Angela Longarini, our fifth grade teacher.
The members participate in school assemblies, school festivals, Masses, OLG prayer services, and more! dancersDivine is also very active with outreach programs and retirement communities and provide their ministry of movement and prayer to elders in our local community throughout the year.
Kinder – 8th grade students are allowed to submit a permission form to participate in the annual musical production. Teacher and Parent signatures are required. 5th – 8th grade students can audition for key roles. All other roles involve singing and choreographed movements. 3rd-8th graders are allowed to register for musical instrument classes. A fee applies for the lessons and also for instrument rental, if needed.
Classes are held after school on Wednesdays. Different class times apply, depending on a student’s experience level.
7th and 8th Graders can join STEM club and participate in a different experiment each week.
4th – 8th grade students can sign up to learn about Ecology and Gardening. As a part of this club students will support recycling and conservation efforts, create art from recovered/recycled items, learn about composting, help to maintain the school’s garden beds and share the benefits of saving energy and water, recycling and composting with the school community. Meetings are on Tuesdays from 3:10pm – 4:00pm. $10 registration fee applies.
Student Council is comprised of ten elected officers from grades five through eight. These students are expected to act as positive role models for the school. To be eligible to run for Student Council, students must meet grade requirements and life skills requirements as specified in the Parent-Student Handbook. Meetings are on Thursdays at lunchtime. Moderators are Mrs. Bellison, Ms. Schirripa, and Ms. Casey.
